These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the BPRO Travel web portal and mobile application. By registering as a B2B partner, agent, or corporate booker, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, our privacy policy, and all applicable compliance protocols.
BPRO Travel is strictly a B2B platform. Partners must provide valid business credentials, GSTIN (where applicable), and travel license documents during registration.
Partners are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and wallet access. Any activity originating from your account will be deemed your sole responsibility.
All bookings for flights, hotels, buses, trains, cars, and tour packages are subject to real-time availability and pricing changes by third-party suppliers, airlines, or IRCTC.
Fares and rates are not guaranteed until tickets or vouchers are successfully issued and confirmed with a unique booking reference ID.
Cancellations, amendments, and refunds are strictly governed by the underlying supplier, airline, hotel, or railway guidelines, alongside applicable BPRO Travel service fees.
All online payments, wallet top-ups, and transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
BPRO Travel does not store full credit/debit card credentials on its servers. Transactions must be executed through approved payment modes linked to the registered business entity.
If utilizing a pre-funded agent deposit or credit line, transactions will be debited instantly. Overdrawing accounts or unauthorized credit utilization will lead to immediate suspension of booking privileges.
Train ticket bookings operate under authorized IRCTC agency rules. Partners must comply with all Indian Railways regulations, anti-fraud guidelines, and data privacy laws.
BPRO Travel reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation at any time to verify transaction legitimacy. Suspicious or fraudulent booking activities will be reported to legal authorities and result in immediate account termination.
BPRO Travel reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our portal and application constitutes acceptance of those changes.
