1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Partner", "Travel Agent", "Corporate Booker") and BPRO Travel ("Company", "We", "Us").
1.2. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the BPRO Travel web portal, mobile application, or registering an account, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all associated statutory guidelines.
2.1. Strictly B2B Mandate: BPRO Travel operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) travel platform. Registration is open only to verified travel agencies, tour operators, corporate entities, and independent travel entrepreneurs.
2.2. Mandatory Documentation: Partners must submit authentic business registration details, corporate identification, valid GSTIN (where applicable), and appropriate travel trade licenses during the onboarding process. BPRO Travel reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts with incomplete or unverifiable credentials.
2.3. Account Security & Liability: Partners bear absolute responsibility for safeguarding their account credentials, API keys, and digital wallet access. Any booking, financial transaction, or activity executed through a Partner's account shall be legally attributed to the Partner, and BPRO Travel accepts no liability for unauthorized access resulting from partner negligence.
3.1. Dynamic & Real-Time Inventory: All service offerings—including flight tickets, hotel reservations, bus tickets, train bookings, car rentals, and tour packages—are subject to live availability, dynamic pricing, and inventory updates governed by third-party suppliers, airlines, consolidators, and the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC).
3.2. Finality of Fares: Quotations and fare displays are tentative. Rates, taxes, and service charges are not binding or guaranteed until full payment is processed and an official booking reference ID or electronic ticket/voucher is successfully generated.
3.3. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds: All modifications, cancellations, and refund requests are strictly contingent upon the cancellation policies and operational guidelines enforced by the respective primary vendor (airline, hotelier, transporter, or railway authority). Furthermore, BPRO Travel reserves the right to levy non-refundable administrative or service fees on any canceled or modified transaction.
4.1. Encrypted Transactions: All digital payments, wallet recharges, and online settlements are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant, third-party payment gateway aggregators.
4.2. Data Minimization & Compliance: BPRO Travel does not store or process complete sensitive credit/debit card data or banking authentication PINs on its local infrastructure. All financial transfers must originate from verified business bank accounts or payment instruments legally registered in the Partner's business name.
4.3. Wallet Balance & Credit Integrity: Transactions utilizing pre-funded agent wallets or authorized corporate credit lines will be debited instantaneously. Attempting to overdraw accounts, bypass credit limits, or execute fraudulent fund adjustments will result in the immediate suspension of platform access and potential legal recovery proceedings.
5.1. IRCTC & Statutory Adherence: Train reservations are governed by authorized IRCTC B2B agent norms. Partners must strictly comply with Indian Railways regulations, anti-fraud stipulations, ticket-pooling restrictions, and applicable data protection statutes.
5.2. KYC & Anti-Money Laundering (AML): BPRO Travel maintains an active compliance framework and reserves the explicit right to demand supplementary Know-Your-Customer (KYC) records, beneficiary identities, or proof of transaction legitimacy at any stage. Any suspicious, high-risk, or fraudulent ticketing activity will be flagged, reported to regulatory enforcement agencies, and met with immediate account termination.
6.1. BPRO Travel reserves the exclusive right to alter, revise, update, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, without prior individual notice.
6.2. Continued access to or utilization of the BPRO Travel portal and mobile application following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms.
